These Terms govern your use of the Lumera Lab app and website, operated by Andreas Pappas, Greece.

1. Using Lumera Lab

Lumera Lab provides AI-assisted photo and short-video creation using styles available in the app. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. The service is not intended for children under 13. If you are below the age at which you can enter a binding agreement where you live, use the service only with appropriate parent or guardian permission.

2. Your photos and permissions

You remain responsible for the material you upload. You must own it or have the rights and permissions necessary to upload it, have it processed, and use the results. Obtain appropriate permission from people whose likeness appears in your photos.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive permission to process, store, reproduce, and transmit your uploaded material as needed to provide the service and deliver your creations. This is not a transfer of ownership of your original photos.

3. AI-generated results

AI results are probabilistic and may contain inaccuracies, unexpected changes, or artifacts. We do not promise that a result will preserve every detail, resemble a specific example, be unique, or be suitable for a particular purpose. Website illustrations show creative concepts and are not a guarantee of app output.

You are responsible for reviewing a result before using or sharing it. Copyright protection and other rights in AI-generated material depend on applicable law and third-party rights; we do not guarantee exclusive ownership or clearance for commercial use.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for illegal activity, fraud, harassment, impersonation intended to deceive, infringement, or violations of another person’s privacy. Do not upload or generate exploitative content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or other harmful or unlawful content. Do not circumvent safeguards, interfere with the service, or access systems without authorization.

We may reject content, limit access, or suspend use where reasonably necessary to address violations, protect others, or maintain service security.

5. Credits, rewards, and availability

Generations may require credits. Review the cost shown in the app before starting. Credits are service units, not money, and have no cash redemption value. Daily bonuses, Daily Drop, styles, and other features may depend on service configuration and may change. This website does not sell credits or offer a paid subscription.

A generation can fail or be rejected. Any credit adjustment is determined by the actual service behavior and applicable law; these Terms do not promise an automatic refund for every outcome.

6. Saving and sharing

You can save or share completed creations using the available app features. Keep your own copies of material you wish to retain. You are responsible for ensuring that sharing or publishing respects applicable law and the rights of others. Do not present AI-created material as authentic evidence in a misleading way.

7. Service changes and interruptions

We may update features or interrupt access for maintenance, technical issues, or security needs. Generation times and availability can vary. We do not promise uninterrupted access or permanent storage. Where required by law, we will provide applicable notices and remedies.

8. Intellectual property

The Lumera Lab branding, interface, website, and other service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You receive permission to use the service for its intended purpose; this does not grant ownership of the service or its branding.

9. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without additional guarantees about AI accuracy, uninterrupted operation, or suitability for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, including mandatory consumer rights.

10. Ending use and privacy requests

You may stop using the service at any time. For requests concerning personal information, contact us and refer to the Privacy Policy. Removing the app does not automatically delete backend information.

11. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, subject to mandatory protections and rights available under the laws of your country of residence. Nothing here removes consumer rights or a right to bring a claim in a court where applicable law permits.
